Currently, we are seeking a Dining Services Manager/Chef to join our team.
This position will supervise daily operations and staff for the Crane House at South Franklin Circle, a residential opportunity for senior living.
We offer a casual dining experience to our members in addition to the other fine dining restaurant and assisted living.

The Dining Services Manager/Chef will work full time with varying days off.
The ideal candidate will have both a culinary and restaurant or food service management background.
They will work closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Dining Services to provide healthy, fresh, delicious, and well-prepared meals to members, staff, and guests in a timely, warm, and professional manner.
As needed, they may assist in other areas of our Dining Services when the business need arises and will be cross trained accordingly.

Menu creation, preparation, service, and management are all part of daily expectations in this role.
The Dining Services Manager/Chef will manage the daily service while being mindful of food costs, labor costs, and safety/sanitation guidelines.

All candidates for this position must have a high school diploma or GED.
Some culinary training and management experience is required.
