We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of financial services accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
This role involves managing a variety of financial products including insurance, bonds, health and life insurance, and retirement plans.
You will be helping with the financial analysis and operations of one of our biggest lines of business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring all financial services are delivered effectively.
Analyze and interpret financial data, including credit reports, to inform decision making.
Ensure all invoicing and financial reporting is carried out accurately and within set deadlines.
Manage a range of insurance products, including property, casualty, health, life, home, and auto insurance.
Provide expert advice on retirement plans and 401k options.
Identify potential risks and exposures within the client's financial portfolio and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, insurance experience is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of financial regulations and standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certification in Property and Casualty Insurance is a plus.
