This is a part time to full time position 25-40 hours weekly.

This position will require two Saturday workdays per month.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Include but not limited to):
Greet the guests with enthusiasm and professionalism while always providing the highest level of exceptional customer service Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa Process all monetary transactions accurately using a Point of Sale System of Spa and Hotel, for guests, members, spa plans, etc.
Must be able to post payment transactions, cash, credit cards, room charges, Gift Cards, and memberships Receive guests feedback, offer appropriate resolution and improve on service delivery Answer the phone in a professional, knowledgeable and timely manner to obtain appropriate information and to address the guests needs Perform opening and closing procedures Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled by clients, and alert staff members of the arrival of clients who come without prior appointments Maintains reception desk, retail and surrounding areas in an orderly and clean appearance Completes and files paperwork and assists with projects as needed Consistently verify answering machine for any messages and respond in a timely manner Assists guests in purchasing Spa Products and educate them on their uses and benefits Must be aware of any and all current specials and/or promotions; inform guests and members of such information Perform any other duties as assigned by Spa Management Job Type:
