About the positionThe Mechanic is responsible for overseeing the company's equipment in its daily operation.
The Mechanic reports to Account Manager.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the company's President with relevant planning, organizing, scheduling, purchasing, and budgetingPut in place, effectively manage, and document maintenance programCommunicate daily with the President and/or Account Manager on the status of equipment readiness, repairs, and maintenanceAssure repairs and maintenance are completed within budgetSupervise any personnel assigned to assist in shopAttend weekly meetings with company's President and/or Account Manager, and other meetings as necessaryParticipate in company training Manage preventative maintenance schedule Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts usedMaintain parts and supply inventoryTrain equipment operators on safe and proper proceduresMaintain shop in a constant state of readiness - neat and clean24-7 availability during snow and ice management operationsAssist with delivery of materials and suppliesHave a desire to learn and grow professionally and personallyMaintain a professional image and positive attitude when representing the companyPerform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the companyRequirements Exemplify the company's core values:
