About the positionThe Lawn Care Technician is responsible for efficiently, effectively, and safely performing lawn fertilizer and weed control applications.
This position also plays an important role in the company's snow & ice management services in the winter.
ResponsibilitiesWork assigned schedule, which is typically Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays24-7 availability during snow and ice management operationsKeep a clean, neat, organized, and well maintained vehicle and equipmentParticipate in company training Complete accurate, legible, and timely reporting, including use of smart deviceHave a desire to learn and grow professionally and personallyMaintain a professional image and positive attitude when representing the companyWork with minimal supervision, completing jobs below budgeted man-hours Communicate with clients in a professional mannerPerform daily preventative maintenance on vehicle(s) and equipmentMaintain chemical storage areas in facility and vehicle(s)Adhere to safety and PPE guidelines while working and applying chemicals Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the companyRequirements Experience a plus, but will train the right personExemplify the company's core values:
