To support the growth of the brokerage in Northeast Ohio, The Agency Cleveland is seeking a multi-talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our Chagrin Falls based team.
As the go-to expert for all things content, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our brand through impactful storytelling and creative communication.
From blog posts and social media updates to email campaigns and beyond, you'll ensure every piece reflects our brand essence and engages our clients.
Your creativity will be the driving force behind campaigns that build brand awareness and leave a lasting impression on our audience.
Your keen eye for detail will guarantee that every piece of content aligns with our brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.

Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Director of Marketing to develop content for social media, email marketing, and print media Manage social media calendars using scheduling platforms Stay up to date with new trends and best practices in social media content marketing and creator tools Assist with copywriting for website, print materials, and direct mail campaigns Create deadline-oriented marketing materials including presentations, flyers, signage and other industry-specific advertising Coordinate with Director of Marketing and sales team on marketing needs and processes Assist with planning and preparation for events as needed Perform other tasks as directed Qualifications needed:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, and an enthusiasm for content creation and emerging trends Impeccable grammar, proofreading and copyediting and skills Highly detail-oriented Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization (internal and client-facing) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of design tools including InDesign and Canva Experience with email marketing systems a plus but not required Photography and video editing experience a plus but not required Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities Able to effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Interest in real estate, interior design, architecture and art Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience a plus Job Type:
